Kendall Housing Authority
Draft FY 2027 Annual Plan Available for Public Review

The Kendall Housing Authority (KHA) has prepared its Draft FY 2027 Annual Plan in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

The Draft Annual Plan will be available for public review and comment beginning August 4, 2026, through September 18, 2026, a 45-day public comment period. During this time, members of the public are invited to review the proposed plan and submit written comments for consideration.

Written comments may be submitted by email to publiccomment@dupagehousing.org or delivered in writing to either of the following locations during normal business hours:

The Draft Annual Plan will be available for review during normal business hours at both the Kendall Housing Authority office, 811 John Street, Yorkville, Illinois 60560, and the DuPage Housing Authority office, 711 East Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, Illinois 60187. The plan will also be available for review on the DuPage Housing Authority website here.

All comments received during the public comment period will be considered prior to the adoption and submission of the Annual Plan to HUD.
