DUPAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 2020-11
APPROVAL OF CONTRACT FOR AUDIT SERVICE WITH CLIFTON LARSON ALLEN LLP.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE DUPAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY (DHA), as follows:

• Section 1:
  It is in the best interests of the DuPage Housing Authority to take the following action:
  
  Approve the Contract for Audit Services with Clifton Larson Allen LLP effective for the FY2020 audit, a 3 year contract for $119,200 with an option for 2 additional years at $85,700 (totaling $204,900).
  
  
• Section 2:
  This Resolution is effective upon its adoption.
