June 22, 2022 KHA Board Meeting Special Call Minutes

Board of Commissioners

Pursuant to Executive Order 2020-07 signed by Governor Pritzker and guidance provided by legal counsel, Kendall Housing Authority conducted this meeting by use of electronic means using Zoom, without a physical quorum present in the boardroom.

Pursuant to Section 2.02(a) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act [5 ICLS 120/2.02(a)], a Special Meeting has been called to take place on June 22nd at 9 AM by Zoom.

In Attendance: KHA Commissioners Tom Grant, Jeremy Swanson, and Chairman Matt Prochaska. Also present were Executive Directors Kenneth Coles and Cheron Corbett, and Sr. Administrative Assistant Susan Martin.

Minutes

1. Call To Order
   The meeting was called to order by Chairman Prochaska at 8:03 AM
   
   
2. Roll Call and Certification of Quorum
   A roll call showed that a quorum was present.
   
   
3. Public Comment
   There was no Public Comment made at this meeting.
   
   
4. New Business
   
   • Resolution 2022-07 Renew Agreement with IHDA for the RHS 2022 Grant Allocation Round 3. Commissioner Grant made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Swanson, to approve Resolution 2022-07. The motion carried unanimously.
     
     
5. Adjournment
   Commissioner Grant made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Swanson, to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously, and Chairman Prochaska adjourned the meeting at 9:06 AM
