Board of Commissioners Special Meeting

Pursuant to Section 2.02() of the Illinois Open Meetings Act [5 ICLS 120/2.02(a)], a Special Meeting has been called to take place on June 5th at 8 AM at the Kendall County Health Dept. 2nd floor conference room at 811 West John Street, Yorkville, IL.

In Attendance: KHA Commissioners Tom Grant, Elizabeth Flowers, Jeremy Swanson, and Chairman Matt Prochaska. Also present was Sr. Administrative Assistant Susan Martin.

Minutes

1. Call To Order
   The meeting was called to order by Chairman Prochaska at 8:00 AM
   
   
2. Roll Call and Certification of Quorum
   A roll call showed that a quorum was present.
   
   
3. Public Comment
   There was no Public Comment made at this meeting.
   
   
4. New Business
   Resolution 2023-04 Renew Agreement with IHDA for the RHS 2023 Grant Allocation Round 1. This is the annual renewal to administer the Illinois Housing Development Authority's RHS Program. Commissioner Grant made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Flowers, to approve Resolution 2023-04. The motion carried unanimously.
   
   
5. Adjournment
   Commissioner Grant made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Swanson, to adjourn the meeting. The motion carried unanimously, and Chairman Prochaska adjourned the meeting at 8:01 AM
