DUPAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-03
AUTHORIZATION FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR RHI BY BRICK-TURBOV- RILEY EXECUTED BY DUPAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE DUPAGE HOUSING AUTHORITY (DHA), as follows:

• Section 1:
  Whereas, the DuPage Housing Authority has been a member of the Regional Housing Initiative (RHI) along with other participating Public Housing Authorities. The participating PHA's desire to appoint the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) to act as the Administrative Agency and enter into an intergovernmental agreement.
  
  It is in the best interest of the DuPage Housing Authority to take the following action:
  
  To approve the Agreement of Services between DuPage Housing Authority (on behalf of the regional Housing Initiative) and BrickPartners-Turbov-Riley.
  
  
• Section 2:
  To authorize the Executive Director to take all necessary steps to enter into a contract with BrickPartners-Turbov-Riley, to provide all the work required by the Regional Housing Initiative (RHI), per Agreement and Addendum A.
  
  
• Section 3:
  This Resolution is effective upon its adoption.
