DuPage Housing Authority Proposed 2026 Administrative Plan
Public Comment Period and Public Hearing

The DuPage Housing Authority (DHA) has prepared its proposed 2026 Administrative Plan and is making the draft available for public review and comment.

The Administrative Plan establishes the policies and procedures governing the administration of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program and other rental assistance programs administered by the DuPage Housing Authority in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The plan addresses topics such as eligibility, admissions, waiting lists, occupancy standards, inspections, rent calculations, continued program participation, reasonable accommodations, and other program requirements.

Public Comment Period
The public comment period will begin on Monday, August 3, 2026, and will remain open through Thursday, September 17, 2026, providing a 45-day opportunity for interested persons to review the proposed plan and submit comments.

Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held to receive comments on the proposed Administrative Plan.

All comments received during the public comment period will be considered before the Administrative Plan is presented to the DuPage Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for adoption.
