Proposed Amendment to the FY2026 Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement

The Kendall Housing Authority is providing notice of a proposed amendment to its Fiscal Year 2026 Moving to Work Supplement to the Annual PHA Plan.

The proposed amendment includes the addition of MTW Activity 2.a - Payment Standards - Small Area Fair Market Rents (HCV). This activity will allow KHA to establish Housing Choice Voucher payment standards at 100% of HUD-published Small Area Fair Market Rents, based on ZIP code and bedroom size. The purpose of this activity is to better reflect local rental market conditions and expand housing opportunities for participating families.

Public Comment Period

October 5, 2026 - November 19, 2026

KHA invites residents, program participants, and members of the public to review the proposed amendment and submit written comments during the public comment period. Comments may be submitted by email to publiccomment@dupagehousing.org.
