KENDALL HOUSING AUTHORITY
2026 HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN UPDATE

The Kendall Housing Authority (KHA) has completed updates to its 2026 Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan. The Administrative Plan establishes the local policies and procedures used by KHA in administering the Housing Choice Voucher Program in accordance with regulations and requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

In accordance with HUD requirements, KHA is providing a 45-day public comment period to allow interested parties an opportunity to review and comment on the proposed Administrative Plan updates.

Public Comment Period:
June 8, 2026 through July 23, 2026

A copy of the proposed 2026 Administrative Plan will be available for public review during normal business hours at the following locations:

The proposed Administrative Plan may also be available on the Housing Authority's website.

All comments received during the public comment period will be reviewed and considered prior to final adoption of the Administrative Plan.

A public hearing will be held to receive comments regarding the proposed 2026 Administrative Plan update:

Members of the public are encouraged to attend and provide comments regarding the proposed Administrative Plan revisions.

Following the conclusion of the public comment period and public hearing, the Kendall Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will consider adoption of the updated 2026 Administrative Plan.
