Commissioner Brosnahan retires

Long time Commissioner Michael Brosnahan who served on the DHA Board of Commissioners and as the Finance Chairman for the Finance Committee will resign from his duties upon expiration of his appointment effective 12/31/2020. His service to the Board has lasted over 9 years and his experience and dedication will be missed. Thank you Mike.
